OpenAI Launches ChatGPT App for iOS

OpenAI has officially introduced the ChatGPT app for iOS users and it’s free to download and use. The App is currently available for iOS users while Android users will get the ChatGPT app soon. The ChatGPT app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store here.

According to the official statement, the ChatGPT app for iOS users is currently available in the US and will be expanded to additional countries in the coming weeks. The purpose of launching the ChatGPT app in the US is to see how users use the app and to gather their feedback for the betterment and improvements of the app features.

The ChatGPT app is completely free to use and ensures a smooth experience by synchronizing your chat history across all your devices. Additionally, the ChatGPT iOS app is integrated with Whisper an open-source speech-recognition system that enables users to input text through voice commands.

Furthermore, ChatGPT Plus subscribers can enjoy exclusive access to GPT-4’s capabilities, early access to the new features that may come in the future, and faster response times, all on iOS app.
